Album Release: "Quiet Stream"
Lamont jazz guitar Masters student Ben Parrish recently released his sophomore album "Quiet Stream" featuring all original compositions. This quintet features some of Denver's best young musicians, including Daryl Gott, Taylor Clay, and Lamont alumni Hunter Roberts and Kevin Matthews. Lamont jazz Masters student Camilla Vaitaitis makes appearances on vocals and keyboards. The group performed on Denver's jazz radio station KUVO to celebrate the album's release and will be playing selections from the album on Jan. 24, 2019 at Dazzle.
